As a Financial Controller, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations. You’ll analyze financial data, optimize cost structures, and develop insights to support business decisions. Your role involves managing risk, improving financial processes, and ensuring the organization’s financial health. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and supply chain, to align financial strategies with business objectives. Additionally, you will mentor junior finance staff, enforce best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial operations.

You, as the ideal Financial Controller will recognise yourself in the following:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 6+ years in a finance or accounting role 
• Knowledge of cost accounting and financial planning in a production environment is beneficial
• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken
• Professional proficiency in English is a plus
