About your role
This is how you will make the difference
As the Head of Facilities & Engineering, you will lead and manage the strategic planning and operation of the company's facilities and engineering functions. You’ll oversee the design, development, and maintenance of infrastructure to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the business. Your role involves optimizing facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and driving efficiency in engineering processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure projects with business objectives, focusing on scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. You will also mentor and lead a team of engineers and facility managers, promote best practices, and ensure high-quality execution of projects while continuously improving operational performance.
what's needed
What you bring
You, as the ideal Head of facilities & engineering will recognise yourself in the following:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
- 7+ years in facilities management, engineering, or a related field, with a proven track record in leadership roles;
- Strong experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget;
- Strong leadership and management skills.
