Role OverviewThis role is responsible for ensuring reliable operation of cleanroom HVAC systems, process utilities (including clean nitrogen and purified water systems), and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) to support GMP-regulated manufacturing. The position works closely with Facilities and Engineering to ensure compliance, stability, and continuous improvement of critical utilities.Key Responsibilities
  • Act as SME for cleanroom HVAC, process utilities, and EMS
  • Ensure systems operate reliably and in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
  • Monitor system performance through data trending and analysis
  • Support preventive maintenance and capacity planning
  • Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation
  • Maintain procedures, documentation, and audit readiness
  • Manage contractors and supplier performance
  • Drive continuous improvement in reliability, efficiency, and sustainability

What you bring

Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related Engineering discipline
  • 4–6 years’ experience in HVAC/utilities within regulated industries (medical device/pharma preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC standards, cleanroom environments, and GMP/ISO 13485
  • Experience with EMS, BMS, and asset management systems
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
