We are looking for an experienced project professional who combines conceptual thinking and financial awareness with a solid understanding of industrial processes and energy systems. You can navigate complex technical environments, challenge assumptions and translate business ambitions into practical investment plans.Additionally, we are looking for someone who:

• Has extensive experience in large-scale CAPEX projects within a process-driven industrial environment.
• Understands industrial processes, energy and mass balances, and the financial implications of major investments.
• Can translate complex technical and operational challenges into clear project concepts.
• Communicates effectively with different personalities and levels of the organisation, from engineers to senior management.
• Is fluent in English.

Experience in energy, biogas, bioenergy or other process-intensive industries would be particularly relevant.
