Lead Maintenance Planner
For a leading player within the life sciences sector, we are looking for an experienced Lead Maintenance Planner–Scheduler who is ready for a stable, high-impact role with strong technical depth. In this position, you are responsible for planning, coordinating and continuously improving maintenance activities within a complex, regulated environment.
You combine hands-on expertise with a coaching leadership style and act as the key point of contact for maintenance planning and scheduling. Working closely with production, operations and maintenance management, you have a direct impact on uptime, resource planning and process optimization.

What you bring
- HBO level in a technical direction
- Good verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Dutch
- Excellent computer proficiency in CMMS system (SAP PM), MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Analytical skills
- 10 years of experience in maintenance and scheduling
- Ability to work independently
