Lead Maintenance Planner

What you bring
- Technical education at HBO level or equivalent practical experience
- Extensive background in maintenance within complex process-industry environments (e.g. life sciences, chemicals, bioprocessing, food, cosmetics, industrial production)
- Broad hands-on maintenance experience combined with solid planning, scheduling, or work preparation exposure
- Familiar with environments where safety, sterility, compliance, and traceability are non-negotiable
- Comfortable leading through expertise and influence rather than formal people management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-alignment skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch is strongly preferred due to maintenance documentation
- Experienced with CMMS systems (e.g. SAP PM) and structured reporting
