As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that facilities and installations run smoothly and comply with GMP standards. Your role is crucial in maintaining cutting-edge facilities that contribute to scientific progress. You'll handle maintenance and calibration tasks according to approved procedures, manage and track inventory and assets related to maintenance, and develop and implement maintenance policies. Additionally, you'll prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, monitor and manage contractual agreements to ensure compliance, and provide logistical support in the absence of the Warehouse/Logistics Operator. Finally, you will also lead facility and installation projects, making sure that they meet scope, schedule, and budget targets, and offer on-call support outside regular working hours for any immediate issues.

To excel in this critical role you will need:

• Secondary vocational education in maintenance, engineering, or a related field;
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and preferably within GMP environment;
• Strong understanding of maintenance and engineering processes;
• NEN 3140 certification is a plus;
• Ability to multi-task and plan efficiently;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in English.
