This is how you will make the difference

As Program Manager you will work closely with internal teams, consortia, and external stakeholders to ensure that all program activities are aligned with the strategic goals of the program. In addition to traditional program management duties, this role involves supporting data governance efforts to enhance the quality, reliability and compliance of data used in cancer research. You will be responsible for facilitating that the execution of the data governance and management plan is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. In addition, you are responsible for the compilation of the annual plans and the annual reports of the program, including the mid-term assessment. This role does not require leading a team but involves significant collaboration with various departments and partners. Summarizing: you will be instrumental in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our programs, thereby contributing to the overall mission of Oncode Accelerator.

What you bring

You, as the perfect candidate for this position, will have a good blend of project management skills and a basic understanding of data management practices.

 

Furthermore, you have :

•    A Master’s or PhD degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.
•    Proven experience in program management and data coordination, preferably in the healthcare or oncology research sector.Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
•    Experience in oncology research or a related healthcare field.
•    A certification or training in data governance.
•    Have a good command of the English and Dutch language.
