As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing design and construction projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, quality, and cost compliance. You will lead and motivate project teams, maintaining strong communication channels with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities include leading, motivating, and managing project teams to achieve project goals, implementing and maintaining project procedures, controls, and records, and acting as the primary project interface between the company and external partners. You will also ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements, develop resource and time planning for projects, and provide regular project reports while attending management reviews. Additionally, you will pursue continuous improvement in project quality and efficiency and support business development initiatives and client meetings.
