As a Project Manager, you will lead design and construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timelines while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. You will inspire and guide project teams while maintaining clear communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Your role includes planning and managing resources, developing project schedules, and maintaining project controls and records. As the primary point of contact with external partners, you will ensure smooth collaboration and effective issue resolution. You will also provide regular updates, participate in management reviews, and support business development initiatives.

To elevate your career as an experienced Project Manager, you should have:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a high-regulated industry, preferably in Life Sciences;
• Relevant Project Management qualifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, PMP);
• Bachelor's/Master’s preferably in engineering field;
• Strong organizational and communication skills; 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
