This is how you will make the difference

In this role, you will be responsible for managing commercial and internal R&D projects from start to finish. You will create project plans, define timelines and deliverables, and ensure projects are executed according to customer requirements, within budget, and on schedule. Acting as the key link between the client and internal departments, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, lead project meetings, monitor progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. In addition, you will support business development activities by contributing to the acquisition of new projects and by helping strengthen project management processes and operational excellence across the organization.

What you bring

Besides a hands-on mentality and strong communication skills, you will recognize yourself in the following; 
  • MSc or PhD in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical product and/or process development
  • Experience in project management within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated environment
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical business environment, regulatory landscape, and preferably IP/licensing
  • Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Client-focused, analytical, and result-driven mindset
  • Authorized to work in the Netherlands
