QA Manager (GDP - RP ready)
For our client a fast-growing, patient-centric pharmaceutical organisation operating in a highly regulated international environment, we’re looking to recruit a QA Manager to lead and further professionalise the operational Quality Unit and ensure full cGxP compliance across GMP, GDP and GCP activities (emphasis on GDP). This position is specifically interesting as you will combine strategic quality leadership with hands-on operational impact in a business where quality is directly linked to patient access, growth and providing chances that otherwise would not be possible.

About your role
This is how you will make the difference
- Lead and shape the Quality Unit, ensuring clear structure, ownership and performance
- Own and maintain cGxP-compliant Quality Management Systems, policies and SOPs
- Oversee deviations, CAPAs, change controls, complaints and product quality reviews
- Prepare and host regulatory inspections and client audits
- Act as QA subject matter expert in cross-functional projects and client interactions
- Support and collaborate with the RP and QP on release and distribution processes
- Drive quality metrics, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to inspection readiness and audit strategy, including supplier audits
what's needed
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO level or equivalent) in a relevant life sciences discipline
- 4–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical QA within GMP/GDP environments
- Hands-on involvement in developing and implementing Quality Systems
- Experience supporting internal and external cGxP audits
- Strong knowledge of EU GMP, GDP and related regulatory frameworks
- Experience reviewing and approving validation and qualification documentation
- Proven people leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate quality topics to non-quality stakeholders
