As a QC Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the activities of the Quality Control laboratories, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety in a cGMP environment. You will lead the QC team, manage day-to-day operations, and drive continuous improvement in laboratory processes. Your role will involve line management of QC staff, analyzing data and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. You will ensure the safety of employees within the laboratories and communicate effectively with both local and global teams. Additionally, you will lead quality-related projects, including lean improvements, the introduction of new technologies, and automation initiatives.

You, as the ideal QC Manager will recognise yourself in the following:  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Life Sciences;
• 5+ of experience in Quality Control or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role;
• Excellent communication/coaching skills, wit the ability to convey information clearly internally and externally;
• Good proficiency in English.
