Our client are searching for a proactive R&D engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will focus primarily on the development stage of their product portfolio and work closely alongside the production and quality team. Activities will include: You initiate the creation of new products and/or alterations to our existing products.You construct prototype products and manage the entire process to achieve a qualified product, including prototype testing.You are responsible for drafting documentation such as product specifications and risk management plans.You develop new manufacturing processes in close collaboration with Quality Assurance to facilitate the production of new products.You conduct FMEA analyses and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.You are responsible for establishing, maintaining, and optimising R&D procedures.
