As Senior Business Application Engineer within the Research Digital Systems domain, you will take end-to-end technical ownership of critical laboratory applications used by a large research community. You will work in a complex digital research landscape where deep technical expertise, strong engineering skills, and stakeholder collaboration are essential.This role focuses on technical system ownership, backend configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of enterprise lab systems while ensuring compliance, performance, and business continuity.

Besides a hands-on mentality, you have;

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or life sciences field (e.g. Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering)
• Extensive experience within biotech/pharma or laboratory IT environments
• Strong hands-on engineering experience with enterprise laboratory systems
• Experience with LabVantage LIMS is required
• Knowledge of computerized system validation (CSV)
• Experience supporting GxP regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
