This is how you will make the difference

This is a high-ownership, field-based commercial role in which you will act as the primary commercial contact for ENT (KNO) specialists within your territory. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and growing long-term relationships with prescribers and key stakeholders, increasing awareness, preference, and prescriptions of a specialty respiratory product. A key part of the role is driving changes in prescribing behaviour through consistent engagement and trust-building. You will visit hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies as part of your account strategy, support tender processes and regional initiatives where applicable, and represent the company at conferences, reference evenings, and sponsored events. Close collaboration with country leadership, marketing, and senior commercial colleagues is essential to ensure coordinated execution and sustained growth.

What you bring

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven relationship builder who enjoys autonomy, thrives in the field, and knows how to create impact with ENT specialists in a competitive prescription market: 
  • Proven experience working directly with ENT / KNO specialists
  • Background in pharmaceutical sales, medical account management, or medical devices
  • Comfortable delivering value in short, focused physician visits
  • Commercially driven, proactive, and resilient
  • Independent, structured, and confident managing a field-based territory
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a scaling organisation
  • Fluent in Dutch with strong communication skills
