About your role
This is how you will make the difference
You will take end-to-end ownership of key laboratory applications within a digital research landscape supporting 800+ scientists. The position combines hands-on technical expertise with system ownership and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated R&D environment.Key Focus
- LabVantage LIMS system ownership (configuration, development, integrations)
- Genedata (Screener/Expressionist/Biologics) key user / SME support
- GxP compliance (CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP5)
- Backend systems (SQL, Windows/Linux, AWS)
- System integrations (APIs, SFTP, AD)
- Vendor management, upgrades, and continuous improvements
what's needed
What you bring
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in biotech/pharma lab IT or research informatics
- Strong experience with LabVantage LIMS or Genedata
- Experience in regulated (GxP) environments
- Strong stakeholder and cross-functional communication skills
