As a Senior QC Specialist, you will oversee the quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of product quality and compliance with regulatory guidelines. You will lead complex quality control projects, ensuring they meet both business and technical requirements. Your role involves designing and implementing quality control systems, performing testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and final products, and reviewing and interpreting data to ensure regulatory compliance. You will work to optimise the testing process, identify and resolve quality issues, and ensure products meet safety and performance standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, you will help deliver products that meet the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will mentor junior QC professionals, promote best practices, and ensure adherence to quality control protocols while contributing to the continuous improvement of quality processes across the organization.
