First touch with Recruitment

My journey began as a Human Resources trainee in the pharmaceutical and education sectors, where I first discovered my passion for recruitment. This interest deepened, particularly within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields, where I now specialize. During my military service, I also handled recruitment responsibilities, which further shaped my path. Pursuing my master’s degree in HRM in the Netherlands eventually led me to QTC Recruitment.
