Before I started as a data management intern at QTC Recruitment, I had had a few previous jobs where customer contact was the key. In international environments I always managed to figure out the best way to satisfy every customer. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration, I couldn't wait to join QTC again, but this time as an Associate.

My passion for recruitment comes from a genuine curiosity about people. I enjoy learning about their backgrounds, motivations, and ambitions, and helping them find opportunities where they can grow and reach their potential. Recruitment allows me to bring all of this together by connecting with people, discovering what drives them, and guiding them toward meaningful career development.

What attracts me to QTC Recruitment is its mindset. The company recognized that traditional approaches were no longer fully aligned with clients’ evolving needs and decided to invest in innovation and improvement. I value that spirit of challenging the status quo, continuously exploring new ways to create real impact.

For me, creating value in Life Sciences means contributing to an industry that improves lives. I want my work to strengthen this field by ensuring that every client, candidate, and colleague feels supported and truly appreciates the value I bring.
