After completing my Bachelor's in Commercial Economics, I learned during the COVID-19 period how important it is to be dynamic and to adapt quickly. My background in sales and marketing has given me insight into what truly matters in recruitment: understanding people, their motivations, and how organizations can best leverage their talents.

What attracts me to QTC Recruitment is the focus on the Life Sciences market, a sector that is constantly evolving and full of innovation. It’s a specific market where deep knowledge and expertise truly make a difference, which aligns well with my working style. Additionally, I am drawn to QTC’s traditional, professional recruitment model: it’s about quality, long-term relationships, and genuinely understanding both people and organizations. The emphasis QTC places on personal growth also perfectly aligns with my own ambition to continuously develop myself and bring out the best in both myself and others.
