This is how you will make the difference

As an Account Manager, you will represent the company in the North-East Netherlands, managing client relationships with hospitals and identifying potential new clients. Your role involves building strong connections with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, purchasing departments, and hospital staff, to ensure solutions meet the company's needs. You will drive sales growth by implementing strategic plans, providing clinical training, and delivering product education. Additionally, you will represent the company at trade fairs and conferences, gather market insights for product development, and maintain accurate records of your activities in the CRM system. This role is pivotal in managing existing hospital accounts in the region while expanding the company’s presence in the healthcare sector.

What you bring

We are looking for a driven and client-focused Account Manager who thrives in the dynamic healthcare sector. You should be ready to build meaningful relationships, drive sales growth, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance patient safety. Additionally:

  • Bachelor’s level education, ideally with a focus on healthcare or a related field;
  • Proven sales experience in healthcare, with a background in medical devices preferred but not mandatory;
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in both Dutch and English;
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to work independently and effectively;
  • Ability to build and sustain trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • A valid driver’s license (Category B);
  • Residing in the North-East Netherlands region;
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team.
