This is how you will make the difference

As a Business Development Director, you will drive the company’s growth by identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities. You’ll develop and execute strategic business plans, build and nurture key partnerships, and negotiate high-value agreements to expand the company’s presence in the biotechnology sector. Your role involves analyzing market trends, identifying potential clients, and creating tailored strategies to drive revenue and long-term success. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align business strategies with company objectives. You will also mentor junior business development professionals, promote best practices, and ensure a structured approach to commercial expansion while contributing to the continuous growth of the organization.

What you bring

You, as the ideal Business Development Director will recognise yourself in the following:

  • Bachelor and preferably Master degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field 
  • 8-10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial strategy within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry
  • Leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills
