This is how you will make the difference

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving the international expansion and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. Your primary focus will be identifying new markets, and engaging with both end users and distributors for onboarding healthcare providers to our innovative solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target new markets across Europe and beyond. - Build relationships with distributors and establish strategic partnerships. - Persuade hospitals and clinics to adopt pilot programs for our products. - Develop compelling business cases to showcase the value of our solutions. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and objectives. - Travel internationally to represent the company and engage stakeholders.

What you bring

  • Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • In-depth understanding of hospital pharmacy processes.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in a healthcare setting (more is more than welcome)
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Prior experience engaging with hospital decision-makers.
 
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills to convey the business case effectively.
  • Empathetic and consultative approach to understanding client needs.
  • Confidence to negotiate and communicate with stakeholders across all levels, from pharmacists to C-suite executives.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-driven attitude.
  • Resilience, creativity, and the ability to independently manage tasks.
