Commercial Manager

With a strong presence in Europe and expanding markets in Asia, the UK, and the US, they are dedicated to developing high-quality products that make a difference in patient care. We are seeking a Commercial Manager to drive the sales and marketing strategies, ensuring the continued growth of our business. This role is pivotal in aligning commercial operations with R&D, production, and regulatory affairs, making it an essential part of their leadership team.

About your role

What you bring
- 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in sales and marketing.
- A BSc, MSc, or PhD in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Biomedical Sciences.
- Proven expertise in molecular diagnostics (PCR preferred) or IVD markets.
- A successful track record in business development and market expansion.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and develop the commercial team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry (IVD/medical devices).
- The ability to travel internationally for business meetings and conferences.
