14 MAR ’24: For an established and global pharmaceutical organisation who are setting up their European headquarters in the Netherlands we are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Projects Strategy Specialist. This role, will act as the translation from market insights and trends to strategy concerning new business ideas such as purchasing IP, acquisition and/or go/no-go decision making.

About your role

This is how you will make the difference

As part of the strategic planning and business development teams, you will play a key role in driving the European HQ growth and success. This position offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, contribute to new sources of growth, and enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: Leading strategic projects aimed at driving growth and transformation; Supporting the strategic planning process with valuable insights; Conducting research, analysis, and providing evidence-based recommendations; Identifying operational improvements and implementing efficient processes

what's needed

What you bring

To excel in this role, it is essential you bring along experience in corporate strategy or strategy consulting with proficiency in data analysis, market insights, and trend evaluation. Moreover you bring along;

5-7 years of experience in a equivalent position
Strong stakeholder management skills, steered towards higher management/C-suite
Ideally, background in Business Development or Acquisitions
Previous exposure to the Pharma Industry is advantageous
Fluent in English with exceptional problem-solving abilities
