The organisation works with early-stage research organisations, start-ups, and SMEs to develop efficient processes and perform GMP manufacturing for cell and gene therapies.

This is how you will make the difference

As Facilities Engineer, you identify, analyse, and fix problems of a GMP process technical nature, in facilities and equipment. You develop and implement an asset management strategy including; a financial forecast and you execute (re)validation activities (URS, RA, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) of equipment, utilities, or facilities. Reporting to the Head of Facilities & Services, you also write and implement calibration, maintenance, and engineering records in the company’s QMS system, providing the management team with clear insights on facilities and equipment status reports.

What you bring

As a thorough problem solver, you bring the following:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical, Biotechnology or equivalent;
  • Proven working experience in a facilities engineering role;
  • Proven working experience in a GMP life sciences role;
  • Formal education in Asset Management is a plus;
  • Ability to work within a team and with other teams to drive projects forward according to agreed timelines;
  • Ability to plan and see the “big picture”;
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English (in writing and verbally).
