What you bring
What You’ll Do
GMP Workflow Integration: Support biotech, pharma and academic customers in implementing our platform within regulated cell-manufacturing processes.
Hands-On Implementation: Conduct on-site installations, protocol adaptations, and staff training—often during 1–2 week customer visits.
Process Development: Advise and closely collaborate with customers on optimization of cell-expansion protocols, including seeding density, media formulation and harvest strategies.
Scientific and Technical Advisory: Provide input to customers on validation requirements, documentation, and regulatory alignment (GMP/GLP).
Customer Support: Troubleshoot technical and process issues both remotely and on-site in collaboration with R&D, engineering and after sales support.
Commercial Awareness: Identify potential upsell or expansion opportunities during customer engagements and flag them for the business development team.

What We’re Looking For
MSc or PhD in Cell Biology, Biotechnology or a related field
Experience in a GMP or clinical cell-processing environment (ideally involving cell therapy or regenerative medicine)
Demonstrated expertise in process development and scale-up of cell culture (adherent or suspension)
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude and strong commercial instincts
Able to travel ~40%-50% (including multi-day site visits)
Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in at least one additional language is a plus
Flexible, proactive mindset with a passion for applied science and problem-solving
