Field Service Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer. The Field Service Engineer plays a key and vital role in supporting our Customers and ensuring that our ‘Up Time Peace of Mind’ goal is achieved. They are responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing the range of equipment. With the technical support team in the office, the Field Service Engineer is never 'alone'!

What you bring
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Install and commission new equipment
Maintain and service our customers’ installed equipment
Work closely with sales to support trials and demonstrations
Maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent customer service and communication
Proficient use of service IT systems to accurately record and report information
Support regional revenue targets through service contracts and additional services to customers

The essential requirements of the job include:
Field Service Experience at customer sites or remotely via phone
- Willingness to travel abroad for personal training
- Willingness to travel within the Netherlands to customer sites
- Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English
- Demonstrated success in overachieving on personal targets
Experienced within the marking and coding industry, industrial automation or related industry
