As a Finance Controller, you will oversee financial reporting and business controlling within a fast-paced, multi-entity organization. Your role involves analyzing financial performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. You will work closely with various departments to align financial strategies with business goals, providing essential insights to senior leadership. Additionally, you will lead budgeting and forecasting efforts, manage financial data accuracy, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position is crucial for shaping the financial foundation of a growing company while supporting its long-term strategy.

 We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Finance Controller who thrives in a dynamic environment. You should be ready to optimize financial processes, drive efficiency, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership. Additionally:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance controlling, auditing, or financial management.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple departments.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in Dutch & English (French is a plus).
• Residing in the South Netherlands region or Belgium,
• Prior experience in a multi-entity or complex corporate structure is preferred.
