About your role
This is how you will make the difference
As the Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing both daily and long-term planning processes. You will lead the coordination of operational activities across two locations, ensuring a smooth workflow within a growing team. You will coordinate the daily operational activities within the business office and work closely with the group's Supply Chain department. Your role involves leading and developing a team to achieve business objectives, organizing and facilitating work meetings to ensure effective task prioritization, and optimizing internal processes while monitoring key performance indicators. Collaboration with other departments will be essential to guarantee efficient cooperation, and you will provide situational leadership, motivating and developing your team. Additionally, you will ensure that production orders are effectively coordinated and issued. As a role model for the team, you will also ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.

What you bring
To succeed in this promising role, you will need the following:
- HBO/WO degree in logistics or business administration;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office;
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/CSB);
- Proficiency in Dutch and English;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience;
- A proactive mindset, with accuracy and a sense of responsibility;
- Ability to think strategically and cost-consciously.
