This is how you will make the difference

The Role This is a temporary part-time position ideal for someone with a scientific background (PhD, MSc or equivalent) and project management experience. It’s about supporting our team, driving clarity, and keeping our research programmes on track. You’ll bring structure, overview, and follow-through to a dynamic, science-led environment. You’ll work closely with scientists, management, and external partners, ensuring alignment across teams and facilitating smooth communication and follow-up. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Project Planning Support • Help coordinate and maintain project timelines, especially in preclinical and clinical workstreams • Align internal teams (e.g. in vitro, in vivo, CMC, clinical) on clear deliverables and next steps Team Meetings & Communication • Set up and facilitate recurring meetings to ensure smooth coordination • Track actions and ensure alignment between technical teams and external partners Budget and Vendor Follow-Up • Support budget tracking and help process invoices for outsourced activities • Provide input to Head of Finance to generate accurate financial forecasts • Liaise with CROs, suppliers, and other external vendors to keep operations on time and on budget Progress Monitoring & Reporting • Flag potential delays or operational risks and help the team stay on track • Assist in compiling updates, presentations, and internal communications Flexible Scientific Support • Join scientific discussions when needed to provide context or continuity • Help coordinate quotations and external study activities
