This is how you will make the difference

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safety and efficacy of the company’s products by monitoring, evaluating, and reporting adverse drug reactions in compliance with global regulatory requirements. If you are passionate about drug safety and want to be part of a collaborative team that drives patient-centric solutions, this opportunity is for you. As a Pharmacovigilance Officer, you will be responsible for case intake, processing, and submission of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in accordance with EMA and global pharmacovigilance regulations. You will support signal detection activities, risk management planning, and ensure proper documentation of safety data in line with SOPs and Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP). Additionally, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Clinical to ensure product safety throughout the product lifecycle.

What you bring

You, as the ideal Pharmacovigilance Officer, will recognize yourself in the following:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

  • Sound knowledge of EU pharmacovigilance legislation and GVP modules

  • Familiarity with safety databases (e.g., ARISg, Argus) and MedDRA coding

  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a cross-functional environment

  • Professional proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus)
