Quality Director
QTC are partnered with a leading medical plastics manufacturer in North Holland searching for a Quality Director to lead a team of 15- 20 QA/QC employees within their high-volume production environment. The role will provide technical quality systems expertise and lead continuous improvement projects within the quality control function.

What you bring
Experience:
Extensive background in a management role within a highly regulated production environment.
Familiar with developing and implementing major organisational changes.
Knowledge of and experience with cultural change.
Experience with Lean working and continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrable thinking level in the direction of Technical Business Administration, engineering or life sciences, supplemented with relevant QA training.
Fluent within Dutch and English
