Your key Responsibilities: - High-Throughput Screening: Conduct unbiased CRISPR-Cas9-based genetic screens to identify tumour antigens and T-cell receptor (TCR) targets. - Data Analysis: Utilise external datasets and perform bioinformatics analyses of patient genomics and transcriptomics data using tools such as R. - Pipeline Development: Design and execute neoantigen pipelines and pathway-specific analyses to identify novel immune-oncology targets. - Wet Lab Contributions: Support wet lab experiments, including cell-based assays, to validate bioinformatics findings. - Collaborative Research: Work closely with Flindr’s scientific founders, external collaborators, and cross-functional teams to integrate data into actionable insights. - Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cancer biology, immunotherapy, and bioinformatics to inform project strategies.
