This is how you will make the difference

As Senior Associate Facility Operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring that day-to-day site operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be at the heart of a thriving biotech organization, supporting internal teams, facilitating office logistics, and maintaining a professional environment that enables innovation. This is a hands-on, practical role that blends coordination, service, and structure. You will act as the main point of contact for all office and site-related needs, supporting logistics, space planning, meeting setups, and catering arrangements. In addition, you’ll coordinate domestic and international travel for leadership and manage vendor relationships, reception services, and internal event planning. Your responsibilities also include keeping systems such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, and SAP up to date, and working closely with legal, procurement, and finance teams to handle documentation and purchase orders. You will support the onboarding and training of new facilities team members and collaborate with global colleagues on cross-border initiatives and projects.
