This is how you will make the difference

The Service Team leader for The Netherlands is a great opportunity. You will provide strong leadership to a team of Field Service Engineers, driving high performance and exceeding customer expectations to accelerate placements and service revenues. Your responsibilities consist out of leading and developing the field service team, coordinating solutions for critical customer issues and improving processes and field performance. Next to this, you ensure a safe working environment and build and resource the best team. Lastly, you support service growth initiatives and ensure the team has the right skillset.

What you bring

We seek a proactive problem solver who understands customer needs, coaches for solutions and tests new insights. You will run projects with guidance from the NL Service Manager. As a team player, you will build relationships internally and externally. Leadership skills, excellent listening abilities, and a focus on improving individual and team performance are essential.
To be successful in this role, you need:
  • Experience in a people leader/coaching role;
  • A Technical background which includes Field Service experience;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
