About your role
This is how you will make the difference
As a Senior Dynamics NAV Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, optimizing, and evolving the Dynamics NAV system. You will work closely with users across departments and countries, ensuring seamless integration, training, and support to maximize system efficiency. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and optimizing the Dynamics NAV system and connected interfaces, ensuring system validation, and providing efficient issue resolution for users. You will analyze business requirements, test and integrate application components, and apply best practices to drive process improvements. Additionally, you will oversee external consultancy work and contribute to project management and system documentation. You will act as the main point of contact for system-related issues, troubleshooting and advising internal users on best practices. This includes managing helpdesk requests, training users, and offering international support.

What you bring
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics NAV specialist with a results-driven mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field;
- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft ERP/Dynamics NAV (NAV 2009, NAV 2017, Business Central);
- Proven expertise in support, troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing solutions;
- Strong background in manufacturing, warehousing, and supply chain processes;
- Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server;
- Demonstrated advanced project management skills and ability to manage system changes independently;
- Strong Dutch & English communication skills, both written and spoken.
