We are on the lookout for an experienced Technical Lead Injection Moulding to serve as the SME for moulded parts and manage a diverse network of supplier relationships focused on improving operational efficiency and yield.

About your role

This is how you will make the difference

Key Responsibilities include: • Lead and support injection moulding projects from initiation to implementation. • Manage technical calls, track progress, and resolve supplier issues. • Drive continuous improvement and collaboration with partners. • Review and optimize manufacturing plans and processes. • Validate equipment and processes (IQ/OQ/PQ) per medical regulations. • Improve quality, reduce costs, and scale production. • Ensure supplier capacity aligns with demand. • Manage mould tool lifecycle and maintenance.

What you bring

What you bring:

Bachelor’s in Engineering + 5 years in high-volume plastic manufacturing.
Experience in regulated industries (medical or automotive).
Strong validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
Stakeholder management and supplier relationship experience.
Ownership mindset, adaptability, and clear oversight.
