This is how you will make the difference

As the Training Manager, you will play a key role in leading the development of (e-)learning modules and training programmes related to clinical regulations and legislation. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative training initiatives that foster professional development. Your focus will be on building trust-based relationships with department heads, colleagues, and HR to drive a shared vision for Learning & Development. In your daily routine, you will develop lean training programmes using the latest technologies while staying up to date with legislative changes and assessing their impact on training requirements. You will collaborate with department heads to share training strategies and address challenges effectively. Additionally, you will proactively optimise and enhance training modules, as well as explore methods to make training more engaging and accessible for employees. You will be instrumental in the onboarding of new employees, overseeing the setup, implementation, and execution of a streamlined training system. Continuously, you will ensure that training files are inspection-ready. Lastly, you will assess individual, team, and company-wide learning needs to develop impactful and scalable learning solutions that support organisational growth, including recent international expansions.

What you bring

Critically for this role, in order to be successful, is to have a very strong understanding of GCP guidelines and other Clinical Trial laws/regulations in combination with experience in Training management/Learning & Development on these topics. As a package you bring along:
  • HBO/B.Sc. level education;
  • In-depth and extensive knowldege of ICH-GCP Guidelines and at least 5 years’ experience within a GCP regulated workenvironment (i.e. working at a CRO or pharmaceutical company in the clinical branch);
  • 5 years of experience in training management, instructing and educating Clinical professionals within biotech or pharmaceutical industry;
  • Excellent command of the English language and preferable Dutch.
