Our client are searching for a Validation Lead to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will focus on overseeing the lifecycle management of equipment and systems within an ISO class 5-8 production environment. Activities will include: Assuring systems are fully qualified and maintaining the quality of all equipment. Establishing strategic plans for equipment qualification. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to align with standards. Managing a team of 2 FTE validation engineers. Project management in sourcing new and changing existing equipment.
