Before I started as a Data Management intern at QTC Recruitment, I had already held several roles in which customer contact was central. In international environments, I always knew how to find the right way to keep every customer satisfied. After obtaining my degree in Business Administration, I could not wait to start again at QTC Recruitment, this time as an Associate.

My passion for recruitment comes from a genuine curiosity about people. I find it inspiring to learn about their backgrounds, motivations, and ambitions and to help them find opportunities where they can grow and use their potential. Recruitment allows me to bring all these elements together: connecting with people, discovering what motivates them, and guiding them toward meaningful career development.

What attracts me to QTC Recruitment is the company’s mentality. QTC Recruitment recognized that traditional approaches were no longer fully aligned with the changing needs of clients and decided to invest in innovation and improvement. I value that mentality of challenging the status quo and continuously looking for new ways to create real impact.

For me, creating value within the Life Sciences sector means contributing to an industry that improves lives. I want my work to strengthen this sector by ensuring that every client, candidate, and colleague feels supported and recognizes the value that I add.
