Before joining QTC Recruitment, I spent several years working in and around Schiphol Airport, where I was responsible for leading teams, ensuring safety, and coordinating with various stakeholders. It was a dynamic environment where people, collaboration, and quick decision making were central. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the aviation sector was hit hard, which created a natural moment for me to rethink my career. I realized that the aspect I enjoyed most was connecting with people and guiding them in their development. This insight became the stepping stone toward a career in recruitment.

Recruitment brings everything together for me: getting to know people’s stories, discovering what drives them, and helping them take the next step in their career. That interaction the balancing between people and organizations gives me daily motivation.
