Scaling Up in Copenhagen
AGC Biologics needed to scale up for the new production location in Copenhagen and required additional expertise to do so.

Strategic Collaboration
As a project recruiter, QTC worked closely with AGC to develop a recruitment strategy supported by a clearly defined process. We collaborated intensively with the VP of HR and local HR managers to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Integrated Recruitment Support
QTC acted as an extension of the company and was brought in to handle all hard-to-fill positions. Since the start of the project, we have successfully placed more than 60 FTE.

Agile Onsite Presence
To keep up with the rapid pace of change, a team of three QTC recruiters was present onsite every three weeks. From our local office in Copenhagen, we provided ongoing support to ensure an optimal candidate experience throughout the process.

Expansion and Capacity Growth
The new production area will feature eight 2,000 L single-use bioreactors with two seed trains, along with two independent downstream suites. This expansion will more than double the existing site’s capacity for mammalian-based projects.
