History
QTC was founded in 2014, when Jord Teeuwen started the company at his kitchen table with a clear mission: to bring speed, quality, and focus to recruitment in the life sciences sector.
From day one, we have been driven by the belief that recruitment should be both fast and of high quality. This mindset enabled us to grow quickly and earn multiple FD Gazellen Awards.
As we expanded, so did our reach. We began working with startups, scale-ups, and global market leaders within the life sciences ecosystem, building long-term partnerships based on trust and results.
Today, QTC has grown into an established international recruitment organization with more than ten years of experience in connecting talent with meaningful careers in the life sciences.
