Project Scope
For the new oil and grease factory in Amsterdam, QTC has placed the entire flexible scale of consultants from start to completion, a process that is still ongoing.

Strategic Support
We have helped Bunge with structuring the supplier base, making sharper agreements with suppliers, and optimizing the recruitment and onboarding process. All this has been done in close cooperation with HR and MT.

Operational Involvement
We supervise the processes onsite on a weekly basis. This has ensured, among other things, that the time for onboarding has been drastically reduced. Consultants are hired based on budget and clear specifications, and everything is managed in a complementary manner.

Sustainable Results
The new factory is being built according to the latest technological standards. This results in a highly efficient and sustainable facility, with a direct energy saving of 40% and an expected CO2 reduction of 90% in 2030.
