Strategic Collaboration
Following its agreement with Nature’s Pride, Apeel worked with QTC to explore and validate the best location for its European operations. Together with one of the US-based co-founders, QTC provided benchmark data to support the decision-making process.

Executive Mediation and Team Build-Up
QTC arranged the mediation for Apeel’s European General Manager and Management Team. This was followed by a full scale-up resulting in 35 FTE for the European organisation.
