Before joining QTC Recruitment as a Data Management Intern, I had already gained experience in several roles where client interaction was central. Working in international environments taught me how to adapt to different people and consistently find the right approach to ensure client satisfaction. After completing my degree in Business Administration, I was excited to return to QTC, this time as an Associate.

My passion for recruitment comes from a genuine curiosity about people. I find it inspiring to learn about their backgrounds, motivations, and ambitions, and to help them discover opportunities where they can grow and make the most of their potential. Recruitment allows me to bring all of these elements together: connecting with people, understanding what drives them, and guiding them toward meaningful career development.

What attracts me to QTC Recruitment is the company’s mindset. QTC recognized that traditional approaches no longer fully matched the evolving needs of clients and made the decision to invest in innovation and continuous improvement. I value that willingness to challenge the status quo and to keep looking for new ways to create real impact.

For me, creating value within the Life Sciences sector means contributing to an industry that improves lives. I want my work to strengthen this sector by ensuring that every client, candidate, and colleague feels supported and recognizes the value I bring.
