Before I started as an intern at QTC Recruitment in February 2019, I had a number of side jobs, but these had little to do with my current field of expertise. My first experience as a Finance intern immediately resulted in a promotion to Finance Coordinator within the company and I have been doing this for some time now, much to my delight.
As a Finance Coordinator, I don’t have much to do with the recruitment process itself. My work is mainly behind the scenes and normally starts when the recruitment process has just ended. But what I particularly appreciate about working in the recruitment sector is the atmosphere. Everyone wants to make progress, both the companies we work with, the people looking for a new adventure and my colleagues.

To me, creating value in life science means putting the right people in the right place. There are many companies that, with the right ideas, can be of value to Life Science. Therefore, when we as QTC Recruitment ensure the right people are assigned to the right projects, the industry can continue to develop.

Of the four core values, I value 'Act as Partners' the most. This is mainly because I strive to provide the best services to as many stakeholders as possible, with the highest possible quality. This is reflected in the fact that most clients experience contact with me as pleasant.
