Before joining QTC Recruitment, I gained experience in recruitment, innovation consulting, marketing, and business development. Although each role was different, the common thread throughout my career has been working with people, building relationships, and helping organisations achieve their goals. Growing up between Germany and Malaysia, and later studying and living in Amsterdam, has also given me an international perspective and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
