Partner & Director Interim Staffing

“I love building long-term relationships with every organisation and candidate we work with.”

I started working in Life Science recruitment in 2013. Initially from London, where I was responsible for setting up the Benelux business, after which I joined QTC Recruitment in 2017. I now have final responsibility as a Partner and Director Interim Staffing.

My connection is not with recruitment alone, but especially also with Life Science recruitment. Each day, I’m in contact with the most innovative organisations at the cutting edge of for example, drug development and candidates with a real passion for the profession. I think it’s cool to really add value to the growth of organisations that improve the quality of people’s lives.

Very proud

When I look at the service model of QTC Recruitment, especially compared to my other experiences in recruitment, the focus on quality stands out to me. With the focus on truly making the right match, instead of volume, organisations will come back to you. I’m therefore very proud of the reputation we’ve acquired in the market. Because we offer a total solution, we support organisations at every level of recruitment. This allows you as an organisation to go beyond fast and ‘transactional recruitment’.

We’re continuously improving ourselves and our service model. We’re always looking for ways to make our work more efficient, easier and of a higher quality; we take the feedback from our partners seriously. That allows us to be the best version of ourselves. No two organisations are the same, so you have to stay flexible and think beyond the ‘normal way of working’.

Act as Partner

'I prefer building long-term relationships with every organisation and professional I work with. I believe the basis of every partnership is the trust you have in each other. In a real partnership, you must be able to be completely open and transparent towards each other. This also means that sometimes, I must engage in difficult conversations, admit mistakes and, above all, keep my agreements.'
