My educational background includes a master’s degree in Global Health which stemmed my interest in working within the life science industry. I have worked within life science recruitment since 2022 focusing on permanent quality and regulatory roles within the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. At QTC, I lead the permanent quality and regulatory recruitment within the medical device division.
Providing actionable long-term solutions
My position involves supporting candidates and clients across the medical device sector by identifying their needs and providing actionable long-term solutions. On the candidate end this includes assisting professionals ranging from early career to executive level find the next step in their career through tailored consultation and market insights. Our client base ranges from early-stage startups to large multinational corporations, so my role is to provide a step-by-step process plan to find the most suitable candidate within a predefined timeline.
Specialised focus on the life science industry
I was attracted to QTC due to the specialised focus on the life science industry which allows for an in-depth understanding of candidate and client expectations through a strong database and advanced market knowledge. The size of the organisation provides a dynamic workplace with close relations across all teams due to shared goals and focus.

For me, “creating value in life science” encompasses providing tailored support to candidates and clients through detailed consultation to properly understand needs and provide a timely solution. This includes constant communication from briefing to post-placement to ensure a long- term partnership is provided which equally benefits both candidates and clients.
